The school will examine with an
interdisciplinary perspective a number of issues concerning economic
and political equality and inequality. These include: current debates
in philosophy and political economy about the nature of inequality
and the pursuit of equality; problems associated with greater equality
as a political goal; methodology and empirical evidence about recent
trends in global inequality.

The organizers will consider short presentation proposals on any of
the topics to be discussed at the Summer School. Please, submit an
extended abstract to Alfonso Dubois
before June 15th.
Registration and grants:
The organization offers a number
of grants to cover registration fees and/or accommodation expenses.
Applications should include a short C.V. and, in the case of graduate
students, a letter of recommendation by at least one professor. Direct
